Freeze, cancel, or make changes to your account.
Before you submit
A few things to keep in mind:
Cancellations
- Prepaid memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Recurring/EFT memberships may be terminated beginning on the 1st of any month.
- We need your request at least 3 days before your requested termination date.
- There's no cost to cancel, but restarting an EFT later will require a new contract and activation fee.
- Cancellations can't be applied retroactively — no refunds or credits for months already paid.
Freezes
- EFT memberships may be frozen beginning on the 1st of any month.
- We need your request at least 3 days before your requested freeze date.
- Frozen memberships are billed $8/month until you unfreeze.
- Active duty military may freeze for the duration of their deployment at no charge.
- Freezes can't be applied retroactively.
